Shipping Prices
Shipping prices are calculated based on weight and size of the products you order at checkout.
Shipping Methods
United Kingdom – We use Royal Mail for service for all our inland parcels.
International – There are two options available for International orders which vary in price and service.
Tracked and Signed – This service, as the name suggests, is tracked at every step of it’s way to you. Up to and including your signature on receipt.
Economy – This service does not have any tracking services. Once the package is picked up we have no way of tracking it for you.
Delivery Times
Please NOTE that most of these items are printed to order and it can take up to 10 workings days before they are dispatched. If you need any items sooner then please advise prior to order.
UK: 2-5 Working days from dispatch
EU: 7-10 Working days from dispatch
Rest of the World: 7-14 Working days from dispatch
Most of our products are made or order, please allow 7-10 working days for delivery. If you need something more urgently, please email fiona@chesneyhawkes.com to check that your date is achievable.
